ELECTRIC GOLF CART TOUR

tuesdays & thursdays | 9:30 AM – 11 AM

Delight your loved ones with an exquisite morning drive through Ashton Gardens! Enjoy breathtaking views of the gardens from the comfort of one of our electric, glass-top golf carts while one of our knowledgeable garden docents provides insights and commentary about the Gardens. After your tour, enjoy a reservation at Trellis Café, $75 restaurant credit included. Feel like a VIP with the most comfortable tour available at the Tulip Festival.

• Admission for four to the Tulip Festival

SPRING STAYCATION

Exchanges are subject to the availability of another open time slot and date.

See it all with an Explorer Pass! A Thanksgiving Point Explorer Pass grants admission into all five venues (Museum of Natural Curiosity, Farm Country, Museum of Ancient Life, Ashton Gardens, and Butterfly Biosphere) for one day.

Yoga in the Gardens with Brick Canvas

Find serenity and mindfulness amongst the budding tulips. Led by Brick Canvas’s world-class yoga instructors, these Friday morning classes will help you soak in all that spring has to offer. All levels are welcome, just bring your yoga mat and water bottle!

Fridays | 9 am

$5 for Thanksgiving Point members

$34 per person.

Class fee includes yoga instruction and Tulip Festival admission.

Flower Pressing Class

Join Tara from Flowers of the Press in the stunning Ashton Gardens as you learn principles of preserving flowers to hold your memories forever! This is a great class for all who want to learn a new, unique skill with flowers! (Check out Tara’s work on Instagram @flowersofthepress) Attendees will walk away with a finished set of pressed flowers where they can take it home and create their own design later on!

Join Sydney of Merci Floral (@merci.floral) in the Ashton Gardens to learn the principles of centerpiece design with some of the most beautiful springtime blooms. This class is excellent for both new and experienced floral enthusiasts.

Enjoy the views of the Gardens while taking a step-by-step watercolor painting class with Mourina Nielson, creator and owner of Starry Strokes (@starrystrokes). This class is for artists of all skill levels who are interested in becoming better artists, all while admiring the beauty of the Gardens.

Are you ready to take your photography to the next level? Join instructor Natasha Huhem for her class on capturing the moment, portraits, and natural life. By the end of this session, students will have a more complete understanding of how to use their equipment and the environment to create beautiful floral photographs at any time of year.

We will cover camera settings, working with different lighting, composition, and storytelling through photos! The class format will include some classroom instruction before going out into the Ashton Gardens to apply skills in capturing images just before sunset. For this class, it would be helpful to have a working knowledge of how to use a DSLR camera. Each student should be sure to bring their own DSLR (digital) camera.
