Outdoor Spaces

Ashton Gardens

Outdoor events staged in the area’s grandest botanical setting, the Ashton Gardens are truly unforgettable. Choose from the Waterfall Amphitheatre that seats up to 3500 guests or any of our themed gardens overflowing with Italian fountains, breathtaking waterfalls and of course thousands of vibrantly colored flowers.

Electric Park>

The perfect outdoor venue for large group gatherings, Electric Park features 15 acres of gated, grassy open space, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, and an outdoor pavilion that seats 500.

Grape Arbor

The arbor is approximately 150 ft long with a number of turns. It is completely covered in grape vines that produce in the fall. The garden area is bordered by the grape arbor on one side and a 2-3 foot raised garden on the other. The raised area is made with rock. A small annual bed borders the grape arbor, which contains tulips and pansies in the spring and a variety a summer annuals the rest of the year. A delightful and intimate space, the grape arbor is a breathtaking setting for any portrait.

Hidden Falls>

Enter Hidden Falls through graceful stone archways. The path leads you over quaint wooden bridges that span the stream running around the perimeter of the garden. A lovely gazebo complements the glittering waterfall, making Hidden Falls an exquisite setting for any portrait.

Loggia>

This is one of the more popular photography areas in our reception gardens, as well as the largest of the outdoor areas. Loggia boasts a variety of settings and architectural details. The bubbling fountains and sleek covered loggia with graceful arches on the west end of Loggia offer unique settings with a more contemporary feel. The wooden gazebo, formal garden walkway and rose covered arbor on the east end of Loggia provide beautiful backdrops in the late spring and all summer long. There are over 100 elegant rose bushes providing a treat for the eyes as well as a lovely perfumed aura to the entire garden.
