The mission of Thanksgiving Point, as a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to providing opportunities for transformative family learning and fostering an environment where positive, meaningful experiences naturally happen. This mission happens because of amazing volunteers who spend their precious time at a variety of Ashton Gardens’ events throughout the year.
For the first time, Thanksgiving Point is hosting a garden Volunteer Fair on Saturday, March 4 from 9-11am for those who would like to learn about joining the ranks as an Ashton Gardens volunteer in 2017. With over 55 acres to beautify, we need you! Areas of service include:

· Light of the World Garden
· Fragrance Garden
· Demonstration Garden
· Pruning Team
· Waterwise Garden Kiosk Maintenance
· Special Projects
· Tulip Festival
· Scarecrow Festival
Come to the Garden Room in the Ashton Gardens Visitor Center on March 4th to get all the information about this exciting opportunity. Volunteers have the opportunity to earn benefits such as admissions and venue passes, Thanksgiving Point memberships through their service.
